Triptii Dimri has officially claimed the title of the Most Popular Indian Star of 2024, according to IMDb’s latest rankings. The actress has made a remarkable rise in the Bollywood industry, surpassing some of the biggest names in entertainment, including Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and Alia Bhatt, to secure the top spot.
IMDb released the full list of the top 10 Indian film personalities, with Triptii at number one, followed by Deepika Padukone in second place. Ishaan Khatter, Shah Rukh Khan, and Sobhita Dhulipala round out the top five, while Sharvari Wagh, Aishwarya Rai, and Samantha Ruth Prabhu occupy the 6th, 7th, and 8th positions. Alia Bhatt and Prabhas secured the 9th and 10th spots, respectively.

In an Instagram post, IMDb explained that the rankings are based on actual page views from over 250 million monthly visitors worldwide. They highlighted the stars who consistently ranked highest in the IMDb weekly rankings throughout 2024.

Triptii became a viral sensation with her role in Animal, starring alongside Ranbir Kapoor. She followed this success with back-to-back hits in 2024, including Bad Newz, Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. Next, Triptii will star in Dhadak 2, opposite Siddhant Chaturvedi.
