Oldest Players in the IPL 2025 Auction
At the age of 41, James Anderson—England’s legendary pacer—emerges as the oldest player in the auction. This marks his maiden IPL auction entry, a decade after his last T20 appearance and following his international retirement earlier this year.

Youngest Players in the IPL 2025 Auction
At the other end of the spectrum, Vaibhav Suryavanshi. A 13-year-old batting prodigy from Bihar, is the youngest-ever player to enter an IPL auction. Vaibhav recently made history by becoming the youngest batter to score an international century during a Youth Test for India U-19 against Australia U-19.
