In a recent ASMR challenge, Darren “IShowSpeed” had to consume soap live on camera. But after consuming a significant amount of soap, he discovered that the person who had motivated him to take on the task was really consuming chocolate. The streamer could not believe it and was understandably upset that he had not recognized it before.
Following their observation of another content maker using soap, IShowSpeed attempted to replicate the challenge. But thereafter, he received a photo with the video’s title on it, which says:

When Darren learned that the subject had been consuming edible soap that was actually chocolate, he was astounded. He glanced at the picture in shock and said, “What the f**k? Absolutely not! You mean like the chocolate challenge, f**k? Hello, no, oh my god! F**k are you serious? I believed it to be true! How the f**k about it. Oh my god, no!”
Watchout how IShowSpeed takes on an ASMR challenge by biting on soap
Edible food that resembles commonplace household items is nothing new, and it appears that even well-known streamers may fall victim to internet trends. In recent years, ASMR videos have been increasingly popular on YouTube and other social media platforms. IShowSpeed discovered one such video and chose to imitate it for their material.
In just a few years, the 19-year-old streamer has gained over 24 million subscribers, demonstrating her quick ascent to prominence. Although he is most recognized for his football-related content, fans love his chaotic broadcasts, which frequently include challenge videos and practical jokes.
He had created a few soap bars on his most recent broadcast, minutes before he realized he had been duped by a video in which the other content producer had been eating chocolate shaped like soap bars. Then, as he attempted to swallow several, IShowSpeed bit into one of them and chewed it like food.
The streamer’s distorted face conveyed his evident agony, and it must not have been a pleasurable experience. Since real soap has an extremely bitter flavor by nature, individuals shouldn’t consume it since it might upset their stomachs and result in diarrhea. Luckily, he had not consumed much throughout the stream.
